Festivities and celebrations, these are some of the things I love in Europe especially in Germany. Can you imagine visiting the world’s largest funfair called the Oktoberfest? Yes, I was there many times and I truly had fun. I might not be a fan of beer drinking but I try it sometimes. I don’t really drink when I travel especially when I am alone hitting the road.

I also love the small festivals in Germany especially in the region of Bavaria. Through out the year, you can experience many festivals, big and small. One of the smaller festival I love in Bavaria is the Tillyfest. (more…)

One of the greatest things about modern life is that we can travel to amazing places on the other side of the world. However, one of the bad things is that it still takes so long to get there. Getting through an entire day – or more – on a plane can be tough, but this survival guide for long haul flights can help ease the pain.
1: Plan For Extra Travel
A long haul flight can be sapping to your energy, but you need to consider saving some for when you arrive at your destination. Unless you live next door to the airport, you will still have some traveling to do. Make sure you organize your train or bus beforehand or have your car in an accessible part of the parking lot. The weather today was perfect. It was still a bit cold but very better than the past weeks. The sun was also shining for some hours this afternoon. Indeed, spring season is finally here and I am happily saying goodbye to winter. Spring is one of my favorite season of the year because it is not so hot and it is not so cold as well. For me, this season is like a beginning of everything….new life… since this is the time when the plants, trees and flowers start to grow and blossom again.

How are you doing peeps! I hope everything is going good out there and that, your first day of March is starting wonderfully! It is such a long time I haven’t visited this blog. It is time for another update! This time, I will bring you to winter wonderland, in one of the most beautiful fairytale castle not only in Germany but also in the whole of Europe. I am actually taking about Neuschwanstein Castle, also known in German as Schloss Neuschwanstein. In English, this word literally means “New Swanstone Castle”.
One of the towers of Neuschwanstein Castle taken during a winter visit there with friends.
How lucky I am to visit this castle many times. I was invited as travel escort by some friends who wanted to show this beautiful architecture to their guests. I am not really paid in doing it since they are my friends. Besides, I am always happy when I can show the beauty of my second home, Germany. (more…)

I thought I can only see Marrakesh in a travel channel, in a magazine or in internet. Finally, I was able to step-on this very interesting and fascinating city of Morocco. A day-visit in this city is not enough to see and to experience everything. Still, I am very happy and contented to be there.
The square of Djemaa El-Fna in Marrakesh, , also known as Marrakech, is considered to be one of the famous squares in the world.

Is Halloween party over? In parts of the world, yes it is especially in Asia and Australia! In Europe, I believe it is still going on. If you are in the United States and Canada, the celebration is about to begin and for some it might be ongoing already.
I won’t make this post so long. I just wish everyone an enjoyable celebration of Halloween. Have fun but be safe folks!

Have you been to the “World’s Entertainment and Gaming Capital”? Las Vegas is indeed fabulous and I am a very lucky soul visiting it twice in my life. Thanks to my siblings for sponsoring my trip. There were so many things I experienced in that city especially its food and entertainment.
the Sirens of TI in Treasure Island, Las Vegas, Nevada during my second visit last 2012.
One of my favorite shows is the Sirens of TI. The live, free show was intended to appeal more to adults by including singing, dancing, audio-visual effects, bare-chested pirates and attractive women in the large outdoor show. It was produced by Kenny Ortega. (more…)

Happy TGIF everyone! For many who are not working on the weekends, it is for sure a happy TGIF. Not for me, because I will work the whole weekend. I am on a 6-day shift again and honestly, I am not loving it. For now, I have no other choice but to do the job or else I cannot save money for future plans and projects. I just need more patience at the moment, or else there will be no better future to happen. (more…)

Hello everyone! I hope everything is going great with you all. I am back again in the blogland. Things get busy the past weeks and months and until now. In fact, the author of this blog is working full time now and this is the reason why she is always away from this blog. She is glad to be here again.
Inside the Swarovski Kristallwelten Shop in Wattens, Austria.
I was browsing some photographs from last year’s travels especially from the Christmas trips I did during the month of December. One of the places I visited was in Wattens. If you are familiar with this place, it is very famous for its Swarovski Kristallwelten or Swarovski Crystal Worlds. It is a museum located in Wattens, Austria. The museum is open year-round, and features a cafe as well as a park space surrounding the building. There is also a shop inside selling jewelries especially made of crystals. (more…)

Hello folks? How are things going on? Wow, I just realized that this weekend is already the last weekend of the month of August. I hope your month is ending great and you also had wonderful days during the month. I would say, not really that bad for me. It is fine over-all. Life is not perfect and we have to accept it.
The Hotel Well**** Terme Tuhelj during my holiday in Croatia last spring 2013.
I wish I am traveling at the moment but since I just started a job and need to save again for future trips, doing it this time is not possible. I can probably do a day trip especially during my off-days. (more…)
