It was a perfect timing because that summer, the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival was currently going on. There were a lot of people that time. The morning we arrived in this city, the temperature was quite chilly. It was not a problem because I am always ready wherever I travel.
Karlovy Vary is a famous spa city in Czech Republic. I have been to this city thrice already and still had not enough. That is the reason why I keep on coming back. Thanks also to friends who keep on inviting me in their travels. I love acting as travel escort! (more…)

Happy new year everyone! Goodbye to 2013 and I am finally embracing 2014. I hope you celebrated the holiday season with love, peace and harmony in your homes and may the new year 2014 bring you more prosperity, good luck and happiness!
I can’t wait to be home..soon! hopefully! I miss the sun, the beach, my family and friends, and simply the feeling of being home. There is no place like home indeed!
Looking back in 2013, I am so thankful that it was so far a wonderful year for me. It is full of challenges as well as successes. There were ups and downs but these are parts of our lives and we have to live with it. I hope and pray that 2014 will be a great year for us all. (more…)

This is my travel motto, “No Camera, No Travel!”. I went to many Christmas markets in Europe this month and of course, I also brought my cameras to take pictures.
Most of the time I encountered tourists in the group who always asked me why I take lots of photos when I travel. Well, this is a very easy question and I always answer, I am a blogger and I need it especially for my travel blogs. The photographs I took from my travels are the only memories I can take home for free. I also told them that I never know if I can come back to these places again. More on that, I told them that when I get old and can never walk anymore, I will just look at my travel shots and it will already bring back the memories I had from those travels.

Merry Christmas everyone! I believe most of you are ready to open your Christmas presents. I guess, I have something to open too! Whatever it is, the spirit of Christmas should be in our hearts and that is the spirit of love and sharing.
We had a trip to Dresden last Friday. It was so far good for me because we were given ample time to explore the city. I also had some time to go for a last minute Christmas shopping for my DH. After seeing some of the sights, I and my friends decided to go inside the mall in Dresden known as the Altmarkt Galerie (Old Market Gallery).

First of all, I would like to greet everyone happy holidays! I hope you are celebrating this season with love, peace and harmony. Have fun but be safe!
Last summer, I and my friends visited this festival known as Gäubodenvolksfest. It was my second visit and I am always loving it. After the Munich Oktoberfest, Gäubodenvolksfest is the second largest genuine folk festival in Bavaria. It is visited by over a million people, both locals and tourists worldwide.
“The Gäubodenvolksfest was founded by Maximilian I Joseph, King of Bavaria in the year 1812 as an agricultural festival to organize an annual meeting of the people in the Danube region.” (more…)

My recent trip is over. Thanks God for giving me the chance again to visit places. It was a memorable trip and thank you also for bringing us safe back to our homes.
I experienced again a lot of Christmas Markets in the different cities and countries in Europe. One of the places I visited was Leipzig. It is the second largest city in the federal state of Saxony, Germany.

I can’ t get enough of Budapest so I decided to visit it again for the third time. Hungary’s capital is for me one of the most beautiful cities I visited in Europe. My recent visit was quite interesting because I had the chance to experience the Christmas market in this city.
After visiting the Christmas market in Bratislava, Slovakia the night before, our next destination the next day was Budapest, Hungary. I have to set my alarm in my hotel room at 7:00 that morning because the bus will be leaving at 9:00 AM. After getting myself ready, I went to the restaurant of Baronka hotel to take my breakfast. After eating, I went back to my room to brush my teeth, did some personal necessities and get my bag and cameras ready for the next trip.

After over two hours of trip from Bratislava, we arrived in our destination which was Budapest. I was quite excited because that was my first time visiting their Christmas market. But before I did it, I explored again the Castle hill part of this city. (more…)

I am trying to remember how many times did I already visited Salzburg. I believed 5 or 6 times already. This lovely Austrian city is very famous not only due to its famous baroque architecture but because it is also the birthplace of the 18th-century composer Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.
Remember the The Sound of Music film? The setting of this film was also held in Salzburg. I recommend you watch it because it is really worth to-see.
The Altstadt or Old Town of Salzbrug is listed in as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1997.
My last visit in this city was last summer of 2012. I only felt sad because it was not the day when Bryan Adams had his concert in Salzburg. We visited the city in May 2012 and his concert was in July. (more…)

OOpps! It seems that this is the continuation of my recent post here. I forgot to mentione about Fremont Street Experience. This is one of the things that you must not miss when visiting Las Vegas.
The Fremont Street Experience, also known as the FSE, is a pedestrian mall and attraction located in downtown Las Vegas, Nevada. This area is famous for its “Glitter Gulch” and the barrel vault canopy which measures 90 ft (27 m) high at the peak and four blocks, or approximately 1,500 ft (460 m), in length.
