London is indeed a must-to see when spending a holiday in Europe. There are a lot of things to see and to experience in this city. Visiting it in a day or two is not enough but if you have the right guides on what are the most famous sights to see, you can surely experience most of it.
A sightseeing bus and a construction near the underground tube in London during my 3 weeks holiday last 2008.
I have been to UK’s capital five years ago. I am thankful that some good friends guided me during my exploration in this city. I noticed that London has busy transport routes. Sometimes, the underground tube tends not to run on schedule. There are sightseeing and public buses you can use as means of transportation but sometimes their services runs into disasters due to heavy traffic in the city. (more…)

Vibrant and bustling Barcelona is the ideal holiday venue for those who love an urban backdrop for their leisure time. Few visitors, however, penetrate the local surroundings and therefore are unaware of the host of attractions and beautiful beaches that lie just outside the city.

Beaches
For anyone that is looking to spend their time relaxing on a pristine white beach, then a trip to St Paul’s is essential. Those who enjoy beach volleyball and other strenuous activities may prefer the 20-minute journey from Barcelona city center to Ocata beach; this is the ideal venue for sports enthusiasts. If you want to indulge in some local tapas and sangria then there are numerous huts surrounding the beach that all provide tasty examples of this Spanish delight. (more…)

Geneva is known as being one of the most expensive cities in the world, but with options available for cheap travel, food and exploring museums and attractions, it really is possible to enjoy it on the cheap. Check out our guide to making your money stretch further in Geneva.

Getting there
Luckily there are flights to Geneva readily available from most UK airports, with flights only taking just over 2 hours.
Cheap Beds
Even the cheapest hotels start from around 100 Swiss francs (CHF) a night for a single room, but if you’re willing to stay in a hostel you’ll save some money on your accommodation. Look out for The Youth Hostel (30 rue Rothschild, near the lake) where you’ll find twin rooms with breakfast included for a much more reasonable 90CHF a night. Be sure to book in advance though, as demand is high and rooms sell out fast. (more…)

Fuerteventura once lived in the shadows of the other islands in the Canary’s, but now it has become a popular tourist destination in its own right. Thousands of people visit the island to enjoy the year round sun shine and warm weather and with so much to do and see here, people are no longer just clinging to the amazing beaches. Here is a guide to exploring what else Fuerteventura has to offer while you are on holiday this year.
Parque Natural de Corralejo
The beach dunes of the Parque Natural de Corralejo stretch over ten kilometres along the east coast from Corralejo. Many people come here to relax on the sands and there are plenty of vendors who are around renting umbrellas and sun loungers. The winds here can pick up some power during the day time and the result of this is that it has attracted plenty of wind surfers and kite boarders.

It is time to reminisce a wonderful trip I did from the past. Monaco is one of the countries I wanted to visit in Europe and it did finally happened. Over two years ago, I had the chance to visit this place. I invited some friends to go with me and I believed they also enjoyed the trip. It was actually a trip to 3 countries for 6-days and we visited some cities in France (Nice, Cannes and Menton) and Italy (Pietra Ligure, Cinque Terre with Monterosso Al Mare, Vernazza and Riomaggiore and San Remo).

If I am not mistaken, it was around two and a half hours ride with the bus from our hotel in Andorra to the train station where we took the train going to Vall de Nuria. After arriving Ribes, we waited a bit for the train. It is called the Vall de Nuria Rail which is the only train going to the area.
